Self Catering Cottage - Eider & Mallard Comfortable 2-bedroom self catering holiday cottages for 4 people

Eider and Mallard are the smaller of our two bed-roomed self catering cottages. Each holiday cottage sleeps 4 people, in two twin-bedded rooms.

Each self catering cottage has a living / dining room, a well equipped kitchen, and a little porch (ideal for storing outdoor clothing & sports equipment). Both cottages also have an open fire to add to the atmosphere and comfort.

Mallard has a family bathroom, while in Eider there is one room with a bath and wash hand basin, and a separate WC with wash hand basin.

Both holiday cottages are ideal for a special occasion get together ie. student reunions or perhaps a holiday for Granny, Mum and 2 children

Eider has a wonderful position, slightly away from the other cottages and facing south west down Loch Craignish. Mallard benefits from views to the head of the loch as well as to the island opposite.

Holiday Cottage Specifications

Eider and Mallard Self Caetering Cottages each include:

• Fully equipped kitchen with 4 ring cooker / grill / oven, Fridge / freezer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee maker
  
• Dining / Sitting room with Colour TV & DVD, Open fire, dining table, three seater couch and two armchairs
  
• 2 bedrooms each containing 2 single beds
  
• Fully tiled bathroom with WC, bath with shower over (and grab rail for the less mobile), wash hand basin, heated towel rail and fan heater. Eiders toilet is separate from the bathroom, with a wash hand basin in each room.
  
• Bed linen, towels, cots, high-chairs, "Z" beds included at no extra charge.
  
• Night Storage heating (and open fire in the lounge).
  
• Electricity included at no extra charge.
  
• Access to 2 washing machines (free) and tumble drier (£1.00).
  
• Pets accepted, at small extra charge
  
• Mallard has 1 step at the entrance door, with hand rail.
  
• Eider does not have any steps, and is therefore ideal for the less mobile
