Loch Craignish Cottages - Terms and Conditions

Deposits:  £100 per week

On receipt of your booking form and deposit money, a confirmatory invoice receipt will be issued, detailing cottage booked, holiday dates and balance to pay; please retain the top copy (white) and send the (yellow) copy with your remittance by the date shown, for which a receipt will be issued.  No reminders are given, and cottages not paid for will be re-let (if possible).

Please note that occasionally a cottage marked as "available" on our website for a particular date, may in fact have been recently let.  You will be contacted as soon as possible to confirm your booking, or to be offered an alternative if available.  If your chosen cottage is not available, your card will not be charged unless you accept any alternative offered.

We suggest that you take out your own Holiday Insurance Policy to cover possible cancellations.

For the Attention of All Pet Owners

Following comments made by fellow guests, we would like to take this opportunity of identifying a few guidelines:

  1. Please keep pets under control at all times within the precincts of the cottages - not everyone shares your enthusiasm for boisterous dogs.

  2. Do not leave pets unattended in the cottage, whilst you are out; contrary to popular opinion, animals do not feel secure in a strange place and a barking dog is annoying to other guests and damaged interiors annoying to us.

  3. Please ensure that you bring your dogs own bedding.  Furniture and beds do not qualify as suitable and we reserve the right to charge for extra cleaning or even replacing damaged items, should it be necessary.

  4. Please clean up behind your pet, we have provided a shovel for this purpose and the reeds are all encompassing.

Your co-operation with these requests will be very much appreciated
